640-802 is available until 9/30/13. 200-120 is taking over after that although you can take it now. So, if you’re studying for it now, you should probably take it before the end of the month…

and while we’re at it…i need to mention that the OSI Model page does NOT go into detail about the encapsulation process either…it mentions “encapulsation” briefly but doesn’t go into ANY detail on it like the answers A and D talk about…so question # 1 threw me off

The key phase in the question is “availability of the receiving program “. Anytime you are dealing with a “program” it is an application layer.

There is no session layer in IP Upper layer Stack.. because Session devolpment is the work of transport layer no for session layer transport layer do the work of session devlpment…
