passed with 1000/1000 tried to slow down but finished way early. all 9tut, did not do quizzes, did not do dumps but studied many months before 9tut. EIGRP same idea but looks different. ACL1, ACL2 mod 3. 1 easy drag and drop cabling. very little subnetting but you need to know it. understand don’t memorize because you’ll get nailed in the job interview. good luck everyone and THANKS 9tut!!

@Jim’s the difference is in the arrangement of the topology, in 9tut you clearly see the main router but it wasn’t so clear on exam. D&D 4 Q3 but not last 2 slots, but be aware that not all exams are same.

Hello everybody, Firtst of all, I passed my exam couple hours ago and I need to tell everybody this, ” THIS IS THE BEST $9/MONTH FOR TWO MONTHS I HAVE SPENT” 9tut is the best. 95% of the questions are here, if you want your CCNA, do all the quizzes and SIM. I was worried because people are talking about dumps and never knew what are those, just do the quizzes and SIM…word of caution; ACL1 question #3, I select D since 10 permit ip 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 any is checking for the last octect and in this case it matches IP 10.4.4.0

  12. Grateful
    August 4th, 2014

To pass the exam, there is no need to buy anything, just pay $ 9 a month, study up and that will be it.

  13. Grateful
    August 4th, 2014

By the way, EIGRP looks different because they put the broken link between HOME2 and the ISP. To verify your work, just ping the IP for the ISP from the one that originally was not connecting.

  14. Grateful
    August 4th, 2014

The labs were, ACL1- no configuration, just answer thw questions, ACL2, EIGRP with the slightly difference of broken link between the HOME2 and ISP which is two routers away.

Common people… stop wanting everything handed to you…. If you don’t know the concepts then you need to study. Memorizing isn’t gonna help you on a job interview and yes you need to know subnetting and variable subnetting. Just freakin’ study!!! It’s not that hard!!!!!!!!

    Enough said!

  17. anon
    August 4th, 2014

And Rob, If you have to ask what subnetting questions are on the exam… then you’re not close to ready…. Just know how to subnet then it won’t matter what questions are on the test.

  18. Rob
    August 4th, 2014

@anon I do know how to subnet, just getting anxious on how I know im ready to take the exam.

@Grateful, pinging is good, but when I saw the proper adjacency’s come up, I figured it would be right and moved on. Maybe that plus a ping would be double safe.

passed the ccna exam with 986 marks on 2nd august
    i studied Watson 314,gillbeast299 and mathew319.
and simulations were acl1,acl2(mod 3) and eigrp
in eigrp u need to remove one network from main router after changing the as from the new added router…
u will find an extra network in the main router.
    thank you 9tut.. :)
    good luck guys..

    cleared my CCNA today.
watson dumps still valid just a twist in one question, a question with ospf router id, click on the highest loopback and not the 172.16. ….. that’s use in the dumps
sims were ACL1, ACL2(mod 3), EIGRP (wrong AS on d campus router, incorrect IP on d campus router simply remove and add d correct IP)
just a new question from etherchannel, just look at d exhibit then answer correctly, mine was channel 2 mode passive
and of course I had 1000/1000
big thanks to CBT nugget Jeremy, sybex Todd lammle, Watson, 9tut and of course God
    Alhamdulilah

Do u think if we do watson 300 questions is it enough for CCNA exam ?

Any other suggestion i am planning to book my exam next week.

    Thank you

After host A pings host B, Which entry will be in the ARP cache of Host A to support this transmission? Both hosts are in different subnets.

  32. slim
    August 5th, 2014

    @hari
to a certain level it seems feasible to study d Watson dumps, memorise the answers and still pass slightly above 825 since one of d sim(ACL 1) is verbatim, but u might not b able to interprete the other sims (ACL 2 and EIGRP) because u need to understand d concept.
above all I strongly advise u to study some CCNA materials so u can defend ur certificate anywhere and anytime. All d best whenever u decide to write d exam

  33. sutto
    August 5th, 2014

I passed yesterday with 945/1000.. I study Watson dumps, sims about EIGRP, ACL1 and ACL2 !

  34. Anonymous
    August 5th, 2014

@mapeps – the ip and mac of host A’s default gateway. remember that ARP operates on the local network segment only; host B is in a different subnet, so the ping request from host A to host B needs to go to host A’s default gateway

  35. Anonymous
    August 5th, 2014

@hari @slim if you memorize Watson dump and pass exam, you have CCNA cert but not CCNA knowledge and that may be very clear in interview or job so be careful about only memorize! not good idea

    Hello 9tut.
I have a query on the below frame relay question.

Which two statistics appear in Show Frame-Relay Map output (Choose two) ?
    The coorect answers are E & D
    E. The status of the PVC that is configured on the router
    D. The value of the local DLCI

    My questions are ?

    1. Please see answer option D above. is the value of Local DLCI a “STATISTICS” ?
    2. Please see the answer option E above. Is it possible to “CONFIGURE” status of PVC ? Which command can be used to “CONFIGURE” the status of PVC from say Active to Inactive or vice versa ?

Why are those people who prepare the CCNA questions, so bad in English Language skills ?
