* in switch vlan divides the broad cast domain and number of port equals to number of collision domains and switch have only one broad cast domain….then howz it possible answer is 1 ?

Sachin, if all deivces are on the defualt vlan, there is only 1 broadcast domain. If there are additional vlans programmed on the switch, then yes, there would be more broadcast domains.
